Approval email received but no letter received at home address

Hi All,
Citizenship approval email is received on 25th of July 2022. however there is no letter received at home address. someone suggested that council's registrar needed physical letter instead of print from email.
It's 15 days since the approval. any suggestions here?

Different councils operate in different ways. Mine contacted me by email a few days after email approval, and was fine for me to print approval, never received physical letter, never needed to.
Contact your council with your details, they'll tell you what you need to do.

West Lothian council also worked with email approval. so paper copy is not mandatory for all.
