English language - please advise

Hi all,
I am not sure if I have to sit another English test for naturalisation and I hope for your kind advice..
I came to the UK in 2017 as Tier 2 general migrant and submitted IELTS as part of my application.
When applying for ILR I answered YES to the following question:

"Have you previously been granted leave to remain under Tier 2 (General) as a doctor, dentist, nurse or idwife, and passed an English Language assessment accepted by the relevant regulated professional body as a requirement for registration?"

Therefore I did not have to provide my IELTS certificate for ILR.

I am now applying for naturalisation and I assume I have to answer NO to the following question (because I did not provide IELTS certificate with ILR application):

"Did you meet the knowledge of English requirement as part of an indefinite leave application made on or after 28 October 2013?"

So my question is - do I have to sit new Emglish test or can I submit my IELTS dated 2017?

Many thanks for your help.

For ILR you could rely on the test you needed for T2.
In turn you can now rely on the test accepted for ILR.
So no further test needed.
