Hello all,
Me, my wife and my 2 kids are currently in ILR. My daughter is receiving disability allowance through my wife’s application and bank account. We think we are also eligible for council tax reduction due to my daughter’s learning disability. Me and my wife are both named in the council tax.. is it ok for me to apply the reduction or its better for my to apply since shes already the one named for my daughter’s DLA? Also again is this additional benefit claim wont affect our naturalisation application? Thank you very much.

Speak to your council. Council's set their own reductions.

As you all have ILR, you can now claim welfare benefits.

Why are there restrictions on migrants accessing benefits and services?

People wishing to come to the UK are expected to be able to maintain and
accommodate themselves and their families until they are settled here. This is
important in reassuring the public that immigration brings real benefits to the UK and
that its finite resources are protected for British citizens and those who have lawfully
settled here on a permanent basis
