She
may apply from the day she receives her ILR, subject to the requirements of Section
6(
2), including presence in the UK at the start of her 3 year qualifying period,
Residence and
Good Character requirements, etc.
Travelling is okay, unless there are issues that need resolving. They may require a response within a time limit.

The date of your naturalisation or length of you being a British citizen since is not relevant for your wife's application - the requirement is that you are a British citizen on the day she obtained ILR, and she satisfies all other requirements as advised.

Hi guys
Just a quick question about my wife's naturalization
She got her ILR in February 2022 on 10 years route not as 5 years dependent route
Does she need to wait for 12 months to apply for British citizenship or she can apply now
Because one of my friend said because she got her ILR on 10 years route that's why she has to wait for 12 months to apply British citizenship
Please advice
I am British citizen by the way I got my British nationality back in 2020
Thanks in advance

It makes no difference what route a person gets ilr on to be able to apply for citizenship. You were already advised of this when you asked the same question in February
She could have applied for citizenship as soon as she got ilr if you are British.
