IDV or appointment

Hi Guys,
Please could someone advise me urgently?
I’ve applied for naturalisation with my spouse and 2 children age 15 and 13 years in July. After application on 18th July, I was invited to use IDV for all people however now I have received email for each of us that we should have attended the appointment and wanted us to book the appointment asap?
Please could you advise what to do now? Thanks
