SAR Request - certification of true likeness

Hello everyone,
I would like to find out what is the state of my application, currently trying to send a SAR request to HO. There are a number of documents that need to be provided for the SAR compliance officer to start the request. One of them is certification of true likeness.
Extract from the provided checklist:
Written confirmation that the photo identification for ExpectDissapointment is a true likeness
This written confirmation on the photo identification must use the following words:
"I certify that this is a true likeness of ExpectDissapointment "
It must also include the name and signature of the person certifying the copy and be dated within the
last 6 months
The following people can certify the copy of this document:
I've tried to all a few solicitors and they are all offering packages to support me with my SAR request, all from £300+. I don't need that, nor I am willing to pay £300 for someone to look at me and my passport and say 'yeah'.
Has anyone done this before? any cost effective solutions ? / advice?
Thank you!
