Hello Team,

I have acquired ILR through SET-LR( 10 years route) last year and I would like to apply for Naturalization since I have legally stayed in UK 12 months after getting an ILR. I have few questions for the same.

2. I have completed my Life in UK 2020, is this same I can use here.
3. I have acquired B1 certificate of English from trinity college of London, can the same can be used here?
4. I'm working as software engineer and colleague who work along with me are having British passport through naturalization, who they know me personally over 3 years, can they be my references? they are come under professional engineers.

Please assist me with this to proceed please.

1. Yes you can use it again.

2. Yes you can use it if you used it for your ILR.

3. You need two referees. Once must be British and over 25. The other one must be a professional on the approved UKVI list and can be any nationality. Software Engineer is not the list. When the list refers to Engineers, it refers to civil, mechanic, electrical etc Engineers whose professions are regulated by a regulatory body.
