Hi All, I submitted Naturalisation application. I uploaded all documents but forgot to upload the consent forms part 1 and 2. Is there a way to upload them after the application has been submitted and will my application be rejected because they are missing?

I used IDV app

When did you apply and have you enrolled biometrics yet?

Applied on 5th September

Biometric and documents have just been submitted now through IDV and I found out i missed uploading the consent form right after hitting the submit button on IDV

They might get in touch to ask for consent. You can also email FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and explain.

Just worried it may get rejected and lose the fee for a small mistake

No. As you have enrolled biometrics and submitted documents, if you withdraw now you lose the fee you paid.

It is highly unlikely.

The checklists are generic. You should follow UKVI Guidance notes and not generic checklists.

I used the UKVI checklist generated after i submitted the application. Lesson learned i shouldn't have depended on it.

So what's the best course of action here please? wait for UKVI to ask me for the consent or shall I try to send to the email in the previous response?

Email it and include your application reference number etc so that it can be matched with your application.
