Please check below my timeline:

Nov 2015 - Tier 2
Jan 2021 - Granted ILR
Jan 2022 - Applied for naturalization
March 2022 - Granted Naturalization
May 2022 - Got my british passpoort

Wife and kids (under 16 - born outside UK)-
Sep 2016 - Tier 2 dependent
Nov - 2021 - Granted ILR (all of them)

My question:

Can my wife apply for naturlisation now or do I have to wait for Nov 2022?
Can my kids apply to Register for British citizenship as a child under 18 MN1?

You could have applied for all of them in April once you attended your ceremony, based on your citizenship timeline post.

I thought they need to wait for 12 month? So they can apply now?

Thank you for your reply, is the type for my kid's MN1 form? And my wife's naturalisation?

If applicant is spouse of a British Citizen there's no need to wait 12 months - also there's no 12 months rule for children. So all can apply now.

Your wife applies on online form AN and then can add the children - the system will adjust to the MN1 form application - no need for separate applications.
