Hi,

I have a question regarding MN1 registration for my son. Father and younger brother are British Citizens
Mother and elder ones have just got ILR.

How long do we need to wait before applying MN1 for elder one?

do you mean both Mother and child can apply for citizen ship or both children ?

will it be considered under Section 3(1)

I forgot to mention child was born out side UK.

If your wife meets the requirements, she and the children can apply now provides the children are under 18.

All children under 18 born abroad apply under section 3(1), there isn't any other section applicable in your circumstances.
