I have recieved the ceremony invitation from UKVI (combined with approval) few days ago but when i try booking the ceremony from the council webiste they dont seem to have my details in the system

I have sent them an email but no response (and there is no number to call them). Is there a way to change the council after approval

It takes a week or so for the Council to receive your details and certificate.

No you cannot change Council now without a very long and tedious process.
