Four questions - naturalization

I am just about to apply for naturalisation and i filled in the application just to make sure that i have all the details and i realised i have four questions about the online application form:
1. What is the "tax office reference number" in the employment section? Is it the same as the number on the P60 called "Employer PAYE reference"?
2. When entering my parents' names can i use non-latin letters (Polish "ł") or will it mess up the form?
3. I noticed that after providing the current address the form still asked me to select a council where i would like to do the naturalisation ceremony. Does that mean i can actually pick a council where i do not reside? For example, if i know that my home council takes a long time to process naturalisation ceremonies and does not provide private ones (e.g. Cambridgeshire) could i pick a one in e.g. London which does offer private ceremonies in case i want to rush things through at the end? Or will there be a problem where the council cross checks against their council tax records?
4. My ILR is the Settled Status and therefore i was expecting that i would have to demonstrate that i exercised my treaty rights (e.g. that i was employed or looking for work and with a Comprehensive Sickness Insurance) in the 5 years prior to the application and 5 years prior to obtaining the Settled Status. None of that was mentioned in the form. Should i still send in the evidence or is that not required anymore due to recent changes (in August 2022 i think).
I will be grateful for any comments!

Yes. To double check you can ask this to your HR department.
2. When entering my parents' names can i use non-latin letters (Polish "ł") or will it mess up the form?
I do not know about this, sorry, but your parents details should make no difference to your application as you are applying based on your residence here, not based on descent.
3. I noticed that after providing the current address the form still asked me to select a council where i would like to do the naturalisation ceremony. you can pick any council, but you won't be able to easily change your choice later. You'll have 6 months (based on the current coronavirus extension) to attend the ceremony

It is not required with the new rules, though the good character requirement will make them look in your last 10 years immigration history so make sure that you were here respecting free movement rukes before you got status under EUSS. As you passport wasn't stamped you will need to provide proof of residence through letters from employers, P60 or government letters for the 5 years qualifying period.
I will be grateful for any comments!

Thank you very much for your insight contorted_svy! I have one follow up on the fourth question:
I have P60s that cover everything during the 5year and 7months period prior to the naturalisation application. However, i arrived 6 months earlier. For that i am using initial right of residence which covers 2 first months (i have proof i was physically in the UK for each month) and then the remaining 3 months i was a job seeker (i have plenty of proof showing emails to potential employers about interviews etc and finally a job offer).
With your comment "[sending the evidence] is not required with the new rules, though the good character requirement will make them look in your last 10 years immigration history" - do i understand correctly that i should not send the evidence covering the first 5 months (i.e. evidence of physical presence and job seeking evidence) but to hold on to it in case of further inquiry from the caseworker? In that case i would just send P60s that cover the remaining time.

That is what I would do, but maybe other members will also advise.

First of all CSI is not relevant now (whether you needed it or not).
Use documents you have already to cover the non-working period.
You are not required to prove that you exercised treaty rights.
Your
lawful residency (last 5 years) is proven by your settled status.
You prove residency as such by using P60s and others you have, that's all

Proof of living for an EEA national

I have one more question after reading the required document list in the application:
"Proof of living in the UK
If you are an EEA National, you need to include letters from employers, educational establishments or other government departments, indicating your presence in the UK during the relevant 3- or 5-year period.
"
I hold an EU passport and it never gets stamped in the UK or Europe.
Do i understand correctly that i do not have to scan each and every page of my passport (as it is not stamped at the border anyway) and attach it as part of the documentation?
The only purpose that my passport will serve is to prove my identity and current citizenship and when they ask for "The passport issued by [country] for [my name]" they need the bio page (with the photograph) of the passport only?
Thank you!

Does anyone have a view? I would appreciate any input. Thank you!

I assume the passport detail pages would be sufficient - as you say EU passports are not stamped and you are providing alternative residency proof.
