Hello,

I recently (October 2022) received my ILR via Set(o) Tier 2 General Spouse Visa after 5 years in UK.

My husband got his UK naturalization on December 2021 via tier 2 general ILR route.

I just wanted to know if i can apply for my naturalization immediately based on the info provided above.

Please let me know if you need more information to answer this question.

You can apply immediately. As you qualify as the spouse of a BC provided you meet other requirements.

You don't need to wait for 1 year.
