received response from MMST Workflow

Hi all, I sent email last month due to filled in wrong parents birth year. And today I received email from
MMST Workflow NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gov.uk, said that "The information you have provided below has been noted on your application.". Does this mean my application haven't been process yet? I applied my naturalization 3 months ago.

It means your email has been received and they added the information to your application. The HO is extremely backlogged and their service standard for naturalisation applications is 6 months at the moment, so you are well within that window. After 6 months you can follow up.
