Declaring FPN / PCN after submission of British Citizenship Application!

Hello
Is it necessary to inform the HO of any new FPNs/ PCNs that have appeared on your record after you have submitted all the documents for naturalization.
Basically do we have to declare new FPNs/PCNs, even though they have been issued after the submission of the naturalization application.
Any laws

not really mentioned in the guidance, only the ones before application submission
