British Naturalisation

Hi guys,
Sorry if this has been answered previously, I'm due to submit my naturalisation form (non-eea spouse of eea national) next week. Question is will there be an issue if my passport expires next month?
I have settled status using a biometric residence permit.

Hi guys, in the middle of my 5 year qualifying period, I moved into and out of rented accommodation over a few months (Jan-May). That address wasn't updated in time to go on my p60.
So I guess my question is since the P60 is being used as proof of being resident in country, can they penalise me for the timeline of where I lived being slightly out of sync with P60 presented. Thanks in advance

P60 are proof of residency - proof of address is not required - no issue.

Thanks, it's just reassuring to hear someone confirm it. Do they actually require proof of address? My driver's licence does have my address on it, but in my experience they can be funny sometimes and request triplicate versions

Proof of address is NOT required for citizenship applications.

Thanks. Another problem just reared it's head. I'm due for my biometrics on Monday but cannot find my original degree certificate. I have a black and white copy and am in the process of getting another one from my uni. I need to first her a signed affidavit (or similar) stating that it is genuinely missing.
Royal mail are on strike so unlikely I can get the form back from my uni before Monday.
Can I send it when I get it or do I have to reschedule my Biometric appt?
Anyone been through this or know any similar situation?

You do NOT need to take all the originals to your biometric appointment. Everything is uploaded digitally. The only originals you take to the appointment is your passport and proof of settled status.

Good to know, thanks. Problem is, I can't upload the original as I don't have it. Can it be uploaded after biometrics or do uploads have to be completed prior to registering biometrics?

Thanks, I'm just curious if they'll accept a scan of a copy. I hate to blow 2 grand due to their over officiousness.
I've had an application refused due to a typo on a payslip and letters sent to my employers in an attempt to force me out of work. Tried to refuse me the right to appeal as well. Had to take them to upper tribunal.

After biometrics is too late. Anything uploaded 1 minute after that, would still be uploaded, but it won't form part of your application documentations anymore.
Uploaded what you have. How would anyone be the wiser. Better to have something than to have nothing.

Just uploaded and for anyone wondering, they, "would prefer uploads in monochrome or black and white"
Very niche situation, but if that helps even one person, I'll be happy.

Coloured are also perfectly acceptable, you just need to make sure that the size doesn't exceed the requirements. If it does, one can always use online size reduction (shrinking) software.
But like you said, "prefer". As most people don't know how to go about doing this.

That's with the aim of keeping document size small, if a colour document I'd still within size no problem either
