Hi gurus ,
Thanks for your help me in the past and you guys are doing marvellous job .
I was British citizen when I divorced from Eu wife in April 2020
Same month I went back home because of pendemic and remarried there just after 4 weeks of my uk divorce , is that make an issue as I remarried in pakistan just after 4 weeks getting decree absolute in uk ??
Is my quick arranged 2nd marriage would not cause visa refusal of my 2nd wife from pakistan ?
My child born last year as child is British citizen because I am British by decent so what is quick process to bring child here in uk by applying his British passport or a child visa ?
I have read in the post that first British passport of child outside uk can take up to 6 months to 1 year is that true ?
Please advice
Thanks

If you meet all the requirements, I don't see why you would be refused. You free to marry and re-marry. Provided you end one lawfully before jumping into another.
My child born last year as child is British citizen because I am British by decent
If you naturalised as a Brit, then you mean British citizen otherwise than by descent, meaning you can pass your citizenship onto a child born overseas. so what is quick process to bring child here in uk by applying his British passport or a child visa ?
British passport is the Cheaper way, but it could take some time.

Alternatively, ROA on a foreign passport. More expensive, and could still take some time. There are no guarantees this days. You might still be looking a 6 months or more!
Please advice
Thanks

just a quick note here: if child is British, it's either passport or CoE-RoA, as you can't get a visa for British citizen

They are one and the same. I just shortened it. The right of abode (ROA) is an immigration status in the United Kingdom that gives a person the unrestricted right to enter and live in the UK.
Certificate of entitlement to the right of abode (In full). Any aplication from outside the UK could take from 8 weeks to 6 months or more. Nothing is straightforward anymore.

Cheaper option is the British Passport. Regardless of what option you choose, you need to apply from where your child currently is.
Research applying for ……….. from
country? It most likely would be at the Embassy in your kids country!

Your child is British. British citizens have the right of abode in the UK. What that means is that your child cannot be put on immigration restrictions. Child cannot be issued a visa!
Also if child visa not possible do what documents I need from pakistan and from uk to applying child first British passport please advice
Thanks
