Requirements for citizenship application for children

Hi there,
My wife and I are about to complete our 12 months after we received our ILR. Therefore we will be applying for citizenship on 15/12/2022 as we fulfil all other requirements.
My question is about my 13 year old son who has not completed his 12 months of ILR. He will complete in July 2023. Can I apply for his citizenship along with our application assuming he does not require to complete the cycle of 12 months? Kindly advise. Thanking you in advance.
