Received email to book citizenship ceremony but...

Hi guys,
3 members of our family applied UK citizenship together at the end of Sept 2022.
Today
thankfully received congratulation and invitation emails (3 of them) to book citizenship ceremony from our local authorities. It says they received our certificate from the Home Office and provide link to book citizenship ceremony.
But we haven't directly received emails from Home office.
Do anyone know what should we expect?
And what we should do first? Book (since it's a few weeks away) or wait first or contact someone?
