Naturalisation for children right after ILR for British citizen father

Hello,

I am a British citizen. My wife and two children received ILR last month.
My son is 20 year old but he is full time education living with us. Daughter is minor.

I know that my wife does not have to wait one year to apply for naturalisation as she has ILR and I am a UK citizen.

Can my children (minor daughter and 20 year old dependent son) apply for citizenship along with my wife without waiting for one year? Or do they have to wait?

Kind Regards
RandomV

Minor child can apply when mother applies - the 12 months wait doesn't apply for children's registration.
At age 20 your son is an adult (irrespective of dependency) and has to apply for naturalisation and comply with all adult requirements, including having held ILR for 12 months before applying.
