FPN declaration after application submission

Hi All,
Applied last week for citizenship.
However I received a notice for intended prosecution for red light manual detection ( which I don’t recall doing!).
Date of this was before application.
I am sending my details back but I guess will receive a fine and points!
I am intending to inform home office just to be on safe side!
my questions:
1. When I should send this to case worker ( now or after receiving the FPN).
2. Will this affect application ( never had any points or FPNs before!)
3. How to send and what to write ( as date is before the application and don’t want it to look awkward not declaring it !)
Many thanks

Have you had your biometrics appointment yet and loaded all documents?
If not write a note explaining the situation (stick to the facts) and load with your other documents.
Shouldn't affect your application.

Thank for your reply
I did have my biometrics already!
What should I do now?
And do U I have to await the FPN first before doing anything?
Thanks again

You could write an email to any, or all of these email addresses regularly reported by members:
british-citizenship/nationality-enquire ... l#p2093594
Can't really say what is better or not, probably best to get in there before UKVI ask a question.

Thanks again.
It is just that I still have to fill in the driver details as the FPN haven’t been issued yet under my name!
I am thinking to awaiting the FPN and then email the HO?
Otherwise do I have to email them twice complicating things?
I am really stressed and confused about what to do!
Such a bad time for this to happen!
Will this affect my application in any way?
Never had any ticket before:(

Do understand this is a stressful time, an important application with a big fee.
I doubt this will affect the application, but I can't speak for UKVI... It's down to you whether you advise them now or when you have received confirmation regarding the FPN.
