Naturalisation Application Questions

Hi,
Finally, time to apply for the BC. I am filling out my form online and I would appreciate that if you guys could help me with the following queries:
- I asked my friend for a professional referee as he is an accountant. I believe this should be fine.
- For the second referee, I asked my colleague. He has recently got his BC. This should be fine as well.
- For this application, do we have to follow the 28 days threshold for documents like bank statements? But before that do we have to send the bank statements for this application or not?
- If you can please list down the required documents for the BC application, I would appreciate that.
Thanks

1. Referees sound ok. Is the accountant a member of one of the accounting bodies?
2. OK
3. There’s no 28 days rule - it’s not an immigration application. Bank statements are not required and not accepted.
4. The application needs a minimum of documens: Passport, BRP, English B1 test, LITUK Test, referee declarations.

Thank you for your reply. I am not sure if he is a member of one of the accounting bodies but he works as an accountant and has his own company.
Could you please tell me what you mean by the accounting bodies?
Thanks

Professional accountants have taken exams with one of the accounting bodies and are registered with those: such as CIMA, ICAEW, ACCA, etc - they are also authorised to use letters behind their names, such as FCA, ACMA, etc. If he is Director of a VAT registered business he is also able to act a referee.

Just asked him, he is a member of the IFA(Institute of Finacial Accounts). Also, he is the director of the Ltd company. I hope this is fine.

Could someone please check if I have answered this correctly,
I only provided the IELTS when I applied for my student visa back in 2011. After that, I am using my Degree as proof of English Language requirement. For ILR (2020) I also used the degree certificate.
So, in this question, I am not sure what to answer but I answer yes based on my first visa in 2011.
Have you provided evidence of your English language ability in a previous application? - Yes
Thanks

Do I have to send all the P60S for the last 5 years or the recent ones? I can only find the last 3 P60s.

There's no need to send P60s, or bills, etc.
As you are on UK ILR your passport covering the residency period is proof of residency.

Thanks, mate. This clears a lot of things. I got married last year and brought my wife to the UK from Pakistan. Do I have to upload the marriage registration certificate as well or not?

You are applying based on five years residency so marriage certificate not required.
You don't need to prove you are married, just fill in details that are requested regarding partner/wife.

Thanks, mate. I forgot the BRP Card.. lolxxx... Thanks to remind me.
Someone said the document checklist and online form should go as well (which did not make sense so I thought it better to ask) but I am going to leave those now.
So, I will be uploading all the documents to the Other Section.
Really appreciate that bro.

No need to scan and upload the online form. UKVI have it by the time you submit.

What do you mean by "
...now will wait for the IDV app or Book an appointment email..."?. I am making my application. I paid the fee, and the system straightaway transferred me to the UKVCAS website and asked me to book a biometric appointment. Do I need to wait for any email from Hme Office? have you received any email from Home Office asking you to book appointment?
Thanks

In the UKVCAS email, it mentioned that
You may be invited to use the UKVCAS IDV app
but I am not sure if they would invite me for the app or not because when I applied for my ILR, I did use the IDV app and they used my old biometrics.
I have already booked my free appointment on the 14th of February (Valentines' Day - my Wife won't be here so should be fine for me). I am not in a rush to submit the biometrics and will not pay £132 for the appointment. I saw the free one and took it.
I saw some free appointments only on the 14th of February.
