I am applying for British neutralization. this forum was a great help for my extension and ILR applications, so I am seeking some help again from the experts.
in neutralization form there are some questions about employment details. I am self-employed and doing uber (private hire) for past two years. following are some questions for which i need some help please.

1. should I mention private hire driver in my occupation?
2. what should I mention in employer or business name as I am not employed by uber.
3. what should I mention in employer or business address ?

any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Yes - that's your current job.

Your name or name of limited company if you have one.

3. what should I mention in employer or business address ?

Yours or your companies registered address.


Just state the facts ....

I do have limited company but I am not doing Uber jobs under my limited company as I declared my self as self employed with hmrc and I am submitting self assessments to hmrc.
And for past one year I have temporarily ceased my company operations and I am not on companies payroll.
