Hi, Im looking for some advise regards to my daughter.
She was born in Wales (both parents were not settled at the time she was born) but live in Brunei until July 2019. She returned to UK via ILE in July 2019.
Her father is UK citizen while myself is Permanent residency.
She is now 17 and turning 18 this October 2023.
What are the rules for UK citizenship in her case?

She has an entitlement to register as British on form MN1 before she turns 18.

You could have applied for this while abroad or as soon as she returned to the UK. There was no need to wait or delay an application.
