Hi There,

I am planning to apply for Citizenship for my wife & she is holding ILR (Indefinite leave to remain).

I am British Citizen. For Citizenship application do I have to go through the naturalisation process? and how to apply for that?

Around 6 years back My wife has got dependent visa and around a year before she got ILR.

There's only one process for obtaining citizenship which is naturalisation.
It is actually your wife who is the applicant - there is no dependent or family concept for naturalisation, all applications are individually reviewed.
Your wife's route to ILR is not relevant for naturalisation, what counts is that she has ILR.
