You are required to provide all the information the form asks for, including your full immigration history.

The online application form doesn't ask you about previous applications rather it asks about previous fingerprints only if you remember can reply & of not can just skip it .Latest changes in the nationality good character guidance states that overstay period can be disregarded if that's the only adverse factor weighing against a person's good character. There are speculations that home office has stopped looking at immigration histories of applicants applying for naturalization in most cases but in some cases it is still relevant.Decisions of such cases might start coming from February 2023 as lots of applicants have applied during November & December after new guidance was updated in September 2022. Wait or take the risk.

Fill up the application providing all pertinent details of immigration history. Better declared and get decision than not declare and application refused on basis of being deceptive.

what AmazonianX means is that if you won't declare your previous immigration history where asked, there's a chance caseworker would assume it was done intentionally to not make them aware that you overstayed and get a positive decision -> deception.
Fill out what's asked of you.

No harm in doing so even if it may be of no relevance.

If it was used for ILR then it is fine to use.

Yes, date 3 years back for 3 years route.
But if you're applying for citizenship together, you're both on 5 year route as neither of you is a British citizen.

If you're both on 5 year route, only date 5 years back matters for this.
