Proof of residency

Hello,
I’m short couple of months of P60/council tax as a proof of residency for the purpose of BC application - can I use HO communication letters(biometric appointment/COA letter)instead?

Your flag shows Ukraine. I guess Ukrainians get stamped when they enter into the UK. If you do, then your passport is enough as proof of residency.

Thanks mate. I'm a family member of eea national, so it doesn't.
But I found old council tax letter. Thanks anyway!
