Hi,

My daughter is 13 years old and got ILR since 2014. She got Indian passport and born in India.

I'm a British Citizen and got UK Passport. I had Indian Citizenship. I lived in UK for 5 years since 2009, got ILR in 2014 and then UK Citizenship 2015.

My spouse got ILR since 2014 and got Indian passport.

We are planning to apply for British Citizenship for our daughter.

Using MN1 form for same.

While filling in form it prompted with set of options and i'm confused which one would be appropriate.
PFA the categories, kindly advice which one. Thanks

I assume this is the option you're going for:

Children who have lived in the UK for more than 10 years
Children will come within this category if:

the child is in the UK lawfully

the parents are in the UK lawfully

both parents give their consent to registration (unless good reasons are provided)

there is no reason to refuse on character grounds

If yes -

Other - apply at the discretion of the Home Secretary.

Application now asking for following. My parents or my spouse's parents are not UK Citizens.
Should i say "I do not know these details" ?

On any of the preceding screens (which we can't see), was there any question on how the parents acquired British citizenship? If yes, what options were chosen there?

No such questions in the form.

I came on work permit in 2009, lived for 5 years got the ILR and 1 year later applied for UK citizenship.

Any directions? anyone pls.
