Hi there,
My wife has ILR since July 2022, and I became a British citizen in February 2023. So the time she was granted her ILR, I wasn't a British citizen.

My question is: can she apply for naturalisation right now? Or she has to wait to complete 12 months (until July 2023) then applying for naturalisation?

She can apply now if she meets all the requirements.

When and how you became British is irrelevant.
