When can my dependents eligible to apply for Citizenship based on below information?

I have got British Passport one year ago. My dependents (wife and children) received ILR just 1 week ago. Do they need to wait for 12Month before apply for Citizenship (In my case, I waited for 12Months after my ILR)?

Also, can they travel while the Citizenship application is in progress?

They can apply now, no waiting period. Travel is allowed.

Yes as I already pointed out - what counts for your wife is that you held British citizenship on the day she obtained ILR.
