Is the below rule applicable to Naturalization applications too! or just for a Skilled worker visa?

If you’re a doctor, dentist, nurse, midwife, or vet
You do not need to prove your knowledge of English if you’ve already passed an English Language assessment that is accepted by the relevant regulated professional body.

Naturalisation is not an immigration application and has its own rules and requirements. What might be accepted for a visa or ILR application, is not necessarily accepted for citizenship.

For citizenship requirements, you should read the Form AN guidance.
