Proof of Living in Uk after ILR

Sorry to ask, I've gotten conflicting information about this and need help clarifying.
I was on the 5 year route (married to a British Citizen). Our relationship broke down after I got ILR and we divorced. I have now had ILR for 1 year and have just applied for Citizenship. (I'm non-EU)
What evidence is needed for 'Proof of living in the UK for the past 5 years'? Some say all I need is to upload my passport since they already know I've been here 5 years? Advice greatly appreciated.
