Dear All,

Last night I submitted my and my daughter's citizenship application. But I was bit confused when and where I should put the fee waiver token for my child and accidentally submitted the application without using the token. How I can do proceed? Any chance to refund? I used my credit card.

Please urgent advice, I would be very much appriciate your help

Best,
A

Did you complete a separate MN1 form for your daughter or did you add her onto your application?

Added her onto my application so it was single payment for both of us.

You should have applied for separately on form MN1 if you have a fee waiver

My understanding was one of parents should apply with the child, so you mean it was completely seperate application?

When I look the application there two application:
1. Apply for naturalisation as a British Citizen (for me)
2. Apply for registration of a child under 18 as a British citizen (for my daughter).

So is it same application or separate?

Yes, apply t the same time, not necessarily added to the parents form. Anyone can still submit the applications on separate forms.

Which is correct but for a fee waiver, you need to complete a MN1 form separately to yours, not add her to your form.

Then can I complete MN1 form now and ask refund for my child? From where I can find the MN1 online form?
