Hi Dear,
Has anyone being in this position before please?
My wife missed her appointment. We booked the appointment for 28th March but due to circumstances, could not attend and only had the opportunity to try to re-book today.
The dates on the FES Appointment website are only past dates (the last date is 02 April).
What do we do please.? I've written them but no reply yet.

sorry, I logged in again and was able to find new dates for appointment. I've been able to book a new date but have to cancel the previous one. I hope I will be refunded.

That's a tall hope you got.

Waiting for the 14 days period.

If I don't get refunded after 14 days...I'll send them an email.

I'm baffled how this guys never refund you when you miss appointments.
