Hi,

I applied for my daughter's British citizenship in Sep 2022 but in Mar 2023, we got an email that it will be delayed and cannot be completed in 6 months timeline due to the complexity of the case.
I rang the helpline to ask how to expedite the process and they asked me to send a letter to UK Visas and Nationality, Liverpool. I sent the letter but no response for over a week.
We have booked for Disneyland holidays in June 3-6 and her UK Visa BRP will expire in 11/06/2023 and passport in jul 2023.According to the Schengen visa rule, the passport and BRP should have min 3 months validity. So what will we do now?

Even if we get the British citizenship processed in April, how long will it take to get the British passport in hand? What's the process?
Could someone please give us some information on the same?

Unfortunately can't advise on any way of speeding up the registration process of your child.
However, once you got the certificate there's a fast-track service available for child's first passport:
