Hi Every one,
I just need little bit help to fill application for" Register child under 18 as British citizen (form MN1)".

my daughter was born out side UK since 2014, however she came on Spouse visa along with my wife since 2016 to UK , however she got ILR last year January 2022 ,

Now i need to apply for her as British citizen under 18 , do i need to fill online application or fill post application .

my current status is : British Passport holder
my wife current status is: ILR

can any one please give advice and relevant link.

If you live in the UK, you apply online. The paper form states very clearly who the form is for, ie. those on the channel islands or who live elsewhere.

Hi All,
Actually, I am filling the application for registration of a child under 18 as British citizen and at the end asking Documents requirement:
Q: Proof of Mr (Father name) Parental responsibility for Miss (Child Name).
Is anyone have idea what documents should I need to attach as proof of parental responsibility for my kid.

Hi all,

After the completion of the application of " MN1 registration of a child under 18 as British citizen" successfully

so as we need to wait until the child 18 so we can apply for British passport or we can apply as British passport as soon as possible .

Neither of those.
You can apply when you receive the naturalization certificate after MN1 is approved.
