I have made application in July 2022 and received an email in January saying they have encountered a IT issue regarding my application. Still the same response every time I email them. It is so frustrating.

Recently I noticed when I check my Right To Work using MY ILR BRP details the picture showing there has been changed to the most recent one which I uploaded while Applying the Naturalisation and not the one in my ILR BRP. Does this indicate anything?

I know it might be nothing but I am now just frustrated to next level and reached a dead end how to get an update.

The picture thing does not indicate anything. My RTW used to show my most recent picture from my ILR, now it shows previous picture (with my ILR details).

As far as I understand the share code system is separate of the case work IT system.
