When can I apply for citizenship for a child (9y/o) with ILE less than a year

I was granted ILR November 2021. I am a single mother with ILR who have sole responsibility for my 9 year old. I have shown evidence of sole responsibility for him when I applied for his ILE. He arrived in UK April 2023 with ILE.

I want to apply for citizenship and wanted to know if I can also apply for his citizenship at the same time. If it's possible, what form do I use?

Would that be 2 separate applications I should do or do they have to be linked together?

If not possible, when can I apply for citizenship for him?

I look forward to your help. Thank you.

I believe that the child has to be settled in the UK for at least 1 year.

Thank you for that info. Someone mentioned that to me however someone else mentioned that there is no minimum requirement for stay in the UK for below 13 years old hence my confusion.

Children born in the UK have no waiting time I believe.
Children born outside the UK are expected to have ILR/ILE and reside for a certain period before applying.
