first day requirement on the 5 year period for citizenship

Hi everyone,
I am doing my citizenship form these days and I now realised exactly 5 years ago, I had a 10 day visit to my home country. (between 13.04.2018 and 22.04.2018)
There is a condition on the form that I'm quoting here:
"You must have been in the UK on the first day of your 3-year or 5-year qualifying period"
(I came to UK as Tier-2 visa immigrant on 19.02.2017 and since got my indefinite leave to remain last year)
Does this mean I should wait for 23.04.2023 to submit the form so that I'll be in the UK "exactly" 5 years ago?

Note this is a requirement under the British Nationality Act.

Evidence and referee signature

Hi everyone,
I'm at the documents gathering stage of my citizenship application. I have few questions:
1. The application checklist has this evidence: "Proof of living in the UK for Mr xxxxx for 5 years if applying in your own right". How do I prove this? By attaching my older BRPs in a document or some other document like a bank statement or a rental agreement?
2. Language requirement: I'm coming from Tier-2 Skilled worker route, got my IELTS certificate when first applying. I assume I can use this document again?
3. Referee declaration document has this phrasing: "This part of the form is to be filled in by the applicant’s referees once their photograph has been attached, as explained above." I assume from all other usages in the document that `their` corresponds to `applicant` in this case but I want to be super clear about this as this already confused one of my referees (they think they need to go take a photo of themselves).

Assuming you're a Turkish national, your passport will do. Also, not recommended to post your name on public forums.

Did you use it for ILR?

Applying for citizenship
You can use a B1 level qualification that’s run out if you’re applying for citizenship and it was accepted when you settled in the UK.
It does not matter if the B1 level test you took is not on the current list of recognised tests. You do not need to take another test.

I renewed my passport on 2022, I assume they would require my older passport too then?
And yes I used the same language certificate for ILR application too.

Yes, all passports that show your residency for 5 years.

It is your photo, not the referees photo. They are signing a declaration regarding the applicant.
Question about referee given names

Hello everyone,
I met with one of my referees (referee from a professional job background) to get a signature for the form for citizenship application. This referee is an ex colleague and a long time friend but I didn't know that he had three given names. So he added his three given names and the surname to the form.
On my official application form I just supplied first name and surname. Is this a problem and if so how can I fix it?
(There's a chance that I might have omitted my British national referee's middle name too by the way
)

Doubt this is a problem, as long as the referees do qualify to act as such.
