Just passport and BRP for identity purposes, if you upload everything, including passport and BRP, yourself.

Hey thanks
a different question - the AN referee form is now different to a copy i had before, the template of the box is larger in the newer. i assume the photo should still be the normal passport size? just i noticed it does not cover the whole box like the previous one

You're overthinking. An application is refused if you do not meet the requirements. Not because a form is bigger font and box.

In matters of identity confirmation or referenci g to my knowledge full names of any party on the form is required. Ask referee to fill a new one or amend lest this be a reason why you will delay your application's progress.

I am also at this stage and really worried about scanning the documents. Will the quality, size be good enough etc.
Do they also need to have the referee copies at the biometric appoinment or do you keep the originals?
Any other useful tips?

Use good settings for the scanning

Scan uploaded copies is what is needed. Physical or hardcopy documents are not taken and retained at appointment
Any other useful tips?
