applying naturalisation for wife and kids

Hello everyone,
applying naturalisation for wife and two children my question is do we need to book biometric appointment again as their last biometric captured on 02nd may 2023 for ilr application please advise thanks is advance?

Yes. Especially since naturalization (citizenship) and immigration (ILR) are two different things.
She might be able to use IDV app, but that is not guaranteed.

Yes, you will be advised if to book an appointment once submitted or if to wait for email notification of next steps.

Hi,
sorry to bother you again just another quick question i obtained my British passport last year and wife got ilr last week so will she be eligible to apply under 3yrs route or 5 yrs route if either route do i have to include any cohabitation documents please help?

Cohabitation evidence is NOT required.

If she meets the 3 year residence and absence and physical present at the start of 3 years, yes.
