Hi!
I have submitted an application for naturalisation as a British Citizen and received an email from Home Office Atlas saying “ Thank you for your application for Naturalisation under Section 6(2) of the British Nationality Act. We are contacting you to confirm your full personal details.

You have not stated the name of the town or city in Mauritius in which you were born. Please confirm your place of birth in order to allow us to complete our consideration of your application.

The email address is home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk but received a notification saying my email cannot be delivered and there is no indication where I should provide the information they have requested.

Does anyone know how I should proceed? Thanks

Try emailing FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk ?

Or is there a "reply-to" field that emails goes to when you hit reply? Like this (gmail example):

Thanks for the response! There is no “reply-to” field. I’ll try these email addresses. Hopefully will get a response from someone from Home Office.

Not sure if this would work but you could consider sending the information by post?
