The applicant has received an ILR this week. Has been on Standard Partner 5 year route and living in the UK for the last 5 years on a Spouse Visa (married to a British Citizen).
Can they apply for Naturalization now.

Correct, as spouse of BC she doesn't have to wait 12 months .
