Hello.
I have recently applied for British citizenship. I have been to scan documents for my biometric today and as they were scanning my passport and flicking through I noticed that I had a Spanish single entry visa cancelled in the passport as when I got it i forgot it was single entry and traveled on it to Germany where I was denied entry and the visa was cancelled. Could I please get advice on how and if I should inform home office about this now as I have totally forgot to mention this in my application.

I read your post as having applied for a visa to visit Spain/Germany both refused entry?
I don't think there's anything to report if you returned to the UK same or next day - or what is background?

Thanks for reply .it was visa to Spain, but Germany refused entry. I returned back Uk next day

If I understood it right, the sequence of events is:
1) OP had a Spain visa;
2) OP went to Germany on this visa and got refused entry;
3) OP went back to the UK and forgot about it;
4.5) Some time passed.
4) OP did not declare this entry refusal in his naturalization/possibly ILR application.

Foreign visa refusals don't need to be declared for UK naturalisation.
