I recently returned from a month-long holiday and received an invitation letter for the citizenship ceremony. However, I missed the 21-day deadline to book the ceremony as I was away. I am aware that I have 2 months remaining to arrange the ceremony, because it must be attended within 3 months of the invitation. Does anyone know if it's possible to request a new invitation from the Home Office? Or, would I need to restart the citizenship application process?

Because today is Saturday, I am unable to call the Home Office for assistance. Is there anyone who can provide advice on this matter? Thank you so much!

Did you also miss the email approval you would have received??

Thanks for the reply. I double checked the Mail box, but I haven’t got any email from either HO or council.

How likely do you think I would be able to request another invitation? Thank you for your help once again!
