Civil judgment / caution warning reprimand

Hello
The UKVI form has the following question:
----------
At any time have you ever had any of the following, in the UK or in another country?
(Required)
'
'(1 , 2, 3 ) not relevant
'
(4)A caution, warning, reprimand or other out-of-court penalty
(5)A civil court judgment against you, for example for non payment of debt, bankruptcy proceedings or anti-social behaviour
---------
1. Does a DVPO fall into either of these categories?
2. If YES, Does this affect the application, ie could it be refused? there are no additional issues except an arrest and No further action that led to the DVPO
3. If NO, does an arrest/NFA need to be disclosed at any stage, eg a covering letter, or at the time of biometrics? Does the local police station have a record that might be disclosed?
4. If one answers NO in the above, does the face to face meeting give a chance to mention, explain and maybe amend the form at that stage?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
