Hi all together,

I'm really puzzled,what to click on in the online application.
I had 2 minor traffic offences (speeding but the lowest mile extension) in 2018

I visites directly a speed awareness course,and paid the fine for the second one,which happend both in the same week . There was no delay in pay,no court and I really don't remember exactly the day.

In the online application,I clicked on traffic offences.
But the next page told explicitly,that you only have to declare it if it was more than 3 ,or being disqualified from the traffic,or something severe.

Definitely NO.
So,I went back to the previous page and clicked in general NO.
My partner ,who is British was laughing about my concerns and said,it staes clearly,more than 3 need to be declared,you got 2,so no reason.
What's your problem.

But I read ere in the forum ,you have to declare all of them?

Now,what do you advise me to do?
Fines older than 3 years don't need to be declared. Also anything under Speed Awareness Course doesn't need to be declared (not even to your insurance). So you only have one left older than 3 years and that's nothing to declare.....

Next is the B1 certificate,I got from Trinity college.
I downloaded it,but the print is ,same as the doenload in the middle a bit overwritten.
I asume,they like you to pay the extra fee for a printed certificate.
Or is this printed certificate enough?
You can clearly see my name,the location and the institute,I did it,my result and that it was a B1.
Have you input the reference number in the application? Then the print shouldn't be a problem.

I have only another 5days till i want to sent the application exactly 1 day ,one year after getting my Settled status.

Thanks a lot,...this reassures me a lot!!!!
I was really afraid,to do something wrong and risk my ' good character',.......

Of course I gave the URN of the B1 test,......but I printed it out ,as required document for UK VCAC already.

The Beibehaltungserklärung I never did.
I like to get rid of the German citizenship and I got no reason to give, to keep it,....no family,no properties,havne't been there for zyears.

Do you know,how to get the Verzichterklärung auf dt. Staatsangehörigkeit ,or how to give my passport back,when I got the British one?
Sorry kenne mich nicht damit aus - when(if?) the revisions to the German citizenship law go through then the BBH will be history. But that will take time of course.
