Can you please not tag your questions on other people's posts? Create a new topic for your situation, don't hijack the thread. Topics split.
Also the answer is no - as far as I know, children born outside UK need either 10 years residence or ILR to apply for citizenship; your daughter can't get ILR as there's a parent with less privileged status (your wife), who needs to get ILR for your daughter to get one.

Children born outside the UK (to non-British parents) do not have ANY automatic entitlement to citizenship. Such a child will follow the immigration path of the less privileged parent as already advised

The child born outside the UK can be registered as a British citizen when
(a) at least one parent either already has British citizenship or is applying to become a British citizen, AND,
(b) both the child and the other parent have ILR.
As advised above, the child will need to continue on the same immigration pathway as the second/less-privileged parent and then apply for ILR with the second parent, then they can both apply for British citizenship together if you have already got British citizenship by that point.
