Hi all,

My case is very ordinary, Tier 2 working visa 5 yrs, ILR 7 yrs, now I would join UK citizen.
Review my previous 12 yrs in UK, it is exactly zero criminal matters, even don't have any minors like driving, speeding, CCJ, debt etc.

My question: when I online apply UK citizen, do I have to provide any certification of non-criminal certification? :?:

Some solicitors said, better to provide. However online form, seems no option regarding that on the check list. :?

A few weeks ago, my new employer also carried out me a DBS check, and passed. But no any certification on my hand.

Thank you.

No proof or DBS required.
UKVI do their own check.
But do answer all questions truthfully and to the best of your knowledge. You don’t need a solicitor either.
Employer DBS check results are their property you won’t get any documents.
