Timelines when both parents and kid apply for citizen

Hello,

I am eligible to apply for British citizenship tomorrow after spending one year in ILR along with my 12 ye old daughter who was born outside the UK.
I see that the timelines for naturalization are longer than registration (based of timelines post on this forum)

I want to understand if the registration applications do get approved ahead of the parents naturalization ones when submitted together? My daughter is due for a trip to US in February and I am trying to understand how realistic it is to just get the British passport before then or to apply for US visa for her as an Indian citizen. The visa appointments for US have a long wait.

Her application will generally be approved when yours or the other parents is approved. You will also likely only get her certificate at your ceremony.

Once she is British, you can apply for a 1 week fast track child British passport.
